WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that is simple, natural, and non-invasive. It is a complementary healing therapy that boosts the body’s own natural healing system. It improves health; and, helps achieve overall balance and well-being.
DISTANCE REIKI is the practice of remotely channeling healing energy to a recipient. Reiki healing energy can be sent across time and space when the Reiki distance symbol is used.
Its benefits are:

*Helps improve the quality of sleep
*Helps reduce pain, nausea, fever
*Helps relieve stress and anxiety
HOW DOES IT WORK?
In Quantum Physics, everything is energy. Each of us is a part of a greater whole. There are many uses for each of the many frequencies at which this energy presents itself. Many forms of energy are invisible to the naked eye but are used constantly. Wind, sound, and light are all forms of natural energy that can be harnessed for various uses. Reiki is one manifestation of the Divine energy.
When we do distance Reiki, we are connecting to a form of energy that allows us to send healing. We connect to the Divine, the Universe, as power source for channeling Reiki energy.
The life force of Reiki is Love. It is very safe.

The Distance Reiki is performed by our in-house Usui Reiki and Crystal Reiki Master Teacher; and Indigo Crystals founder, Ira Joven. She started her Reiki 1 and 2 journey in 2016; and was attuned as Reiki Master and Teacher in Sept. 23, 2018. Since 2016, she has treated hundreds of Distance Reiki recipients.
